Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 5, 2026. This policy describes how WorkPilot collects, secures, and handles your enterprise information.
1. Commitment to Data Confidentiality
WorkPilot operates with strict data isolation standards. When you deploy autonomous agents across your enterprise systems, your business operational data, customer records, and internal communications remain your exclusive property.
We do not train shared public artificial intelligence models on your proprietary business data without your explicit, written opt-in consent.
2. Information We Collect
- Account & Authentication: Name, work email address, company affiliation, and encrypted credentials necessary to maintain your administrator or team access.
- System Integrations: API credentials and OAuth authorization tokens you connect to orchestrate third-party services (such as CRMs, ERPs, communication apps).
- Operational Telemetry: Log files, agent execution timestamps, error codes, and resource utilization metrics required for service reliability and performance monitoring.
3. Neural Security & Encryption
All data transmitted between your browser, integrated services, and our execution nodes is protected using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3). Static secrets and database records are safeguarded with AES-256 encryption at rest.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
You maintain total control over your corporate data lifecycle. At any point, administrators can request permanent deletion of telemetry logs, configured integrations, and user profiles. Requests are processed within 30 days in full accordance with GDPR and CCPA guidelines.
